Website audit reports for local businesses

LocalClose

Website audit reports — real findings, $99.99, PDF after payment.

LocalClose is a starter kit: six AI role prompts, a 7-day runbook, the audit-report one-pager, and reusable templates — everything a solo operator needs to sell one thing, a $99.99 one-time website audit report (full fix list, PDF emailed after payment) to one city + niche. Every finding comes from a real, sourced audit of the business's own site — the ask is a report, not a build. Targets: 20 qualified conversations and 4 paid closes per month within 60 days — goals, not guarantees.

The report

One report, one fixed price

No invented urgency, no hidden math. This is the only line the whole kit is allowed to quote.

Website Audit Report

$99.99

one-time · PDF emailed after payment · full fix list

  • Real audit from verified public sources — every finding observed, sourced, and dated
  • Customer-view summary: what a customer experiences finding and contacting this business online
  • Ranked findings, each paired with one concrete fix the owner can act on or hand to their web person
  • Next-steps page — what to fix first, in what order
  • PDF is generated and emailed only after successful payment clears; nothing auto-charged, no subscription

Rule: a finding only appears in the report if it was actually observed. No invented traffic, revenue, review, or credential claims — anything uncertain is checked or left out.

How it works

One city + niche, one 7-step loop

One cycle = one city + niche, run in order every time. Finish the top-10 audits before re-running the hunt on a fresh batch.

Step 1

City + niche

The owner picks both (e.g. “HVAC, Austin TX”). Locked in before anything else.

Step 2

25 leads

Hunter finds and scores 25 businesses (0–10; no-site, no booking, few reviews score high). Every lead has a public source URL.

Step 3

Real audits (top 10)

Builder runs a real audit on each of the top 10: does the site load on a phone, is there a booking path, is contact info visible, are there reviews? Every finding recorded with its source and date. Nothing invented, nothing assumed.

Step 4

One specific email

Outreach writes one opener per lead, naming ONE real finding from that lead's audit. Lead approves before it sends. No generic blasts.

Step 5

3 follow-ups / 10 days

Max 3 follow-ups (day 3, 6, 10), each adding a new specific finding, ending with an easy opt-out. Replies go to Negotiator.

Step 6

$99.99 payment link only after a yes

Negotiator works replies and objections until a “yes”. Only then does Payment draft the Stripe link + close checklist — and only the owner can release it. The PDF is generated and emailed only after successful payment, never before.

Step 7

Weekly report

Lead compiles the report (leads scored, audits done, emails/replies/yesses, closes + revenue, APPROVAL NEEDED) and shares it every Friday.

The first 7 days, at a glance

Full checklists per day in the runbook. Block the time like a job — this week is the fixture for every later month. Total ≈ 16–19 hours.

DayFocusHours
Day 1Lock city + niche, connect email + Stripe (test mode), create the 1 SKU2–3
Day 2–3First hunt: 25 verified, scored leads4–5
Day 4–5Top-10 real audits + first 10 audit-led openers5–6
Day 6Follow-ups + objection prep2
Day 7Report walkthroughs, weekly report, plan week 23
Total≈ 16–19

Target: 20 qualified conversations and 4 paid closes per month within 60 days of starting a city + niche. If a week misses, the weekly report says so plainly and the owner adjusts the loop — never the rules.

The team

Six roles, one solo operator

You act as Lead; the six role prompts do the drafting. You check output, decide, and surface every approval to the owner.

Lead

Runs the operating loop end-to-end — assigns each step, QA's every audit, owns the weekly report, and flags every approval.

Hunter

Finds and scores 25 real local businesses per city + niche, each with a public source URL.

Builder

Runs real audits of the top 10 (loads on a phone, booking path, contact info, reviews) and drafts the $99.99 report PDF outline — observed facts only.

Outreach

Writes short, personalized sequences — every message names one observable audit finding about that business, with an opt-out in every message.

Negotiator

Answers every reply, works objections, and gets a clear yes or no — quoting only the single $99.99 report line.

Payment

Builds the single $99.99 Stripe link + close checklists. Drafts only — nothing is charged until the owner approves, and the PDF ships only after payment clears.

Sample hunt — proof of work

HVAC in Austin, TX — 25 verified leads

A real sample hunt from 2026-09-06, included with the kit. Hunter found 25 HVAC businesses across Austin and the surrounding towns, verified each one against a live source, and scored them 0–10 (higher = weaker digital presence).

Honest limits: review counts were not verified — only site behavior and booking links were observed on 2026-09-06. Scores cluster 2–7 in this hunt; true 8–10 targets (no site at all, or a broken one) are likelier in smaller towns than in a metro like Austin. The full CSV with source URLs and the per-lead verification notes are in the kit.
