# Objection Handling — Reply Bank

**Format on every objection:** acknowledge → question → reframe → next step. Targets ≤ 120 words per reply, one ask per reply. The only price anyone quotes is the **$99.99 one-time audit report, PDF emailed after payment** — never quote another number, never lower the price without the owner. Use the business's real audit findings only — never invent proof.

## 1. Price ("$99.99 is too much" / "can't afford it")

- **Acknowledge:** "That's fair — it's an expense you didn't plan for."
- **Question:** "Is it the one-time cost itself, or do you need it to pay for itself first?"
- **Reframe:** "It's $99.99 once — the full fix list for your site, ranked by impact, one concrete fix each, as a PDF. No subscription, nothing recurring."
- **Next step:** "Want me to send the payment link, plus a 15-minute walkthrough of the findings?"

## 2. "Just tell me for free"

- **Acknowledge:** "Fair ask — you should know what you'd be paying for."
- **Question:** "The first note named one finding — did that one check out when you looked?"
- **Reframe:** "That found one was a sample, so the audit proves itself. The full report — every issue we observed, ranked, with a fix for each one — is the $99.99 product. I can't send the whole report before payment; that's what's being sold."
- **Next step:** "Want the link plus the walkthrough, and you decide after seeing the findings?"

## 3. Timing ("not now" / "busy season" / "maybe next quarter")

- **Acknowledge:** "This season is busy for a reason — that's exactly when customers are looking for you."
- **Question:** "When does the quiet stretch start?"
- **Reframe:** "The audit is already done — the findings keep. I send the link whenever you say; this week, next month, or after the season. No pressure, no deadline."
- **Next step:** "Want me to check in the first week of <month> with the link ready?"

## 4. Trust ("never heard of you" / "why should I believe you" / "who are you")

- **Acknowledge:** "Totally fair — you should be careful who you pay for advice."
- **Question:** "What would make this feel safe to you?"
- **Reframe:** "Everything in the report is something I observed on your public site or listings, dated and sourced — you can check every line yourself. Nothing invented, nothing recurring, and the PDF only comes after you've paid. If a finding isn't real, it shouldn't be in the report."
- **Next step:** "Start with the 15-minute walkthrough — no payment, judge it on the findings?"

## Rules

1. Acknowledge the objection as reasonable before anything else — never argue with it.
2. Ask one question; reframe with the $99.99 audit-report fact; always end with a concrete next step they can say yes to (send link / 15-min walkthrough / hold a date).
3. Never invent proof, reviews, findings, or case studies; never manufacture urgency or fake deadlines.
4. "Yes" → record it, tell Lead, Payment drafts the link (drafts only; owner approval required before anything is sent).
5. No reply in 3 business days → one polite nudge max, then stop.
