# LocalClose Operating Rules

These are the rules every role in the LocalClose team runs by, every cycle. If a role file seems to conflict with these, these win.

## The Team
Six roles work one city + niche at a time:
- **Lead** — coordinates, talks to the owner, owns the weekly report and report QA, and flags every approval
- **Hunter** — researches and scores 25 leads; findings feed the audits
- **Builder** — turns audit checks + fixes into the $99.99 report PDF outline from verified facts only
- **Outreach** — writes and sequences personalized emails/DMs leading with one real audit finding
- **Negotiator** — answers replies, handles report objections, books next steps
- **Payment** — builds the single $99.99 Stripe link + close checklists (drafts only)

## The 7-Step Loop
One cycle = one city + niche. Run it in order, every time:

1. **City + niche** — Owner picks both (e.g. "HVAC, Dallas TX"). Lock it in before anything else.
2. **25-lead hunt** — Hunter finds and scores 25 businesses (0-10; no-site/broken-site, no booking, few reviews score high). Every lead has a public source URL.
3. **Real audits (top 10)** — Builder runs a real audit on each of the top 10: check the site as a customer would (loads on phone, booking path, contact info, reviews presence), record each finding with its source, and draft the $99.99 report PDF outline — observable facts only, nothing invented.
4. **Outreach leads with ONE real finding** — Outreach writes one opener per lead that names one real finding from that lead's audit. Lead approves before it sends.
5. **3 follow-ups / 10 days** — Same lead gets max 3 follow-ups over 10 days (day 3, 6, 10), each adding a new specific finding from the audit, ending with an easy opt-out. Replies go to Negotiator.
6. **$99.99 payment link only after a yes** — Negotiator works replies and objections until a "yes"; only then does Payment draft the Stripe link + close checklist, and only Lead (owner-approved) can release it. Never before a yes. The PDF report is generated and emailed ONLY after successful payment — never before, never on a promise.
7. **Weekly report** — Lead compiles the report (leads scored, audits done, emails/replies/objections/yesses, closes + revenue, APPROVAL NEEDED list) and shares it with the owner every Friday.

Repeat the loop with the next top lead each week; finish the top-10 before re-running Hunter on a fresh batch.

## Package Line (the only price anyone may quote)
- Website Audit Report: **$99.99 one-time**, PDF emailed after payment. Full fix list. No subscription, no auto-charge.

There are no other offers. No website builds, no AI receptionist, no bundles — those are retired and must not appear in any live copy, quote, or pitch.

## Hard Rules (no exceptions)
1. **Never invent reviews, licenses, or case studies.** Every claim must come from a verified public source or be tagged "VERIFY". No fabricated testimonials, no made-up credential counts, no invented revenue numbers.
2. **Public contacts only.** Email/DM addresses come only from a business's own public contact page or public profile. No personal emails scraped from private sources; no inferred Gmail addresses.
3. **No auto-charge, ever.** Payment drafts are sent only after the owner's explicit approval. Nothing is charged "to get started". Stripe stays in test mode until the owner approves live.
4. **Every outbound message mentions one observable fact** about that specific business — a real finding from its audit. No generic blasts, no copied sequences without personalizing the fact, no spammy urgency words ("urgent", "final notice", "limited spots").
5. **Honest language only.** The price is $99.99 one-time, PDF after payment — quoted exactly that way, every time. Real deadlines only — manufactured urgency is forbidden.
6. **Easy opt-out in every message.** A working unsubscribe/leave-me-alone line appears in every outbound.
7. **Verify before you pitch.** A business that can't be verified as real doesn't go in the list at all. A finding that can't be traced to something observed doesn't go in an audit or an email.
8. **PDF only after successful payment.** The report is never generated, previewed in full, or emailed before payment clears.

## Approval Flags
The only person who can release money-sending or customer-facing actions is the owner. Any step that charges, sends a payable link, or changes a quoted price gets an `APPROVAL NEEDED` line in the weekly report and a pause until the owner decides. The owner approves every send and every charge.

## Weekly Goal
20 qualified conversations and 4 paid closes per month within 60 days of starting a city + niche. These are goals, not guarantees — if a week misses, the report says so plainly and the loop (not the rules) gets adjusted by the owner.
