# Email Sequence Template — audit-led opener + 3 follow-ups

**Use per lead.** One sequence per business. Every message:
- leads with **ONE real finding** from that business's audit (verified by Builder, with source URL) and asks about the **$99.99 report**
- contains an **easy opt-out line**
- uses honest, calm language — no "urgent", "final notice", "limited spots", no fake deadlines
- never invents reviews, licenses, or case studies

**Cadence:** Day 0 opener → Day 3 F1 → Day 7 F2 → Day 10 F3. Max 3 follow-ups per contact. If they reply, stop the sequence and hand the thread to Negotiator.

**Placeholders (fill per lead):** `<Name>` contact name · `<Business>` business name · `<City>` · `<niche>` · `<finding N>` one real audit finding with its source URL.

**Offer line (quote exactly, in every message):** "A website audit report for <Business> — every issue we found, ranked by impact, each with a concrete fix. $99.99 one-time, delivered as a PDF after payment. Nothing recurring."

**Hook fact (fill once per lead):** `<one real audit finding for <Business>, verified, with source URL>`
*Example: "No online booking path — the phone number is plain text, not tappable on mobile. Checked <Business>.com on 2026-09-07."*

## Day 0 — Opener (≤90 words)

**Subject:** quick question about <Business>'s site

```
Hi <Name>,
I audited <Business>'s site this week — I looked at it the way a customer
would on a phone. One thing stood out: <finding 1>. I checked it twice;
it's right on the homepage (source: <URL>).
I write these audits up for <niche> shops in <City>: every issue found,
ranked by impact, each with a concrete fix. The report is $99.99 one-time,
delivered as a PDF after payment — nothing recurring. Want me to send
the full list for <Business>?
[Your Name]
[Your role — real, no invented titles]
Not interested? Just reply "no thanks" and I'll leave you alone — no hard feelings.
## Day 3 — Follow-up 1 (ONE new finding from the same audit)
**Subject:** one more thing from <Business>'s audit
```
Hi <Name>,

Following up once on my <Day 0 date> note about <Business>'s site.
The second finding on the list: <finding 2> (source: <URL>).
That one costs real calls — a customer on a phone can't <e.g. tap the
number / find the hours / book a time> without leaving the site.

The full report covers every finding like this one, each with a fix
you can act on or hand to any web person: $99.99 one-time, PDF after
payment. Worth a look?

Not interested? Just reply "no thanks" and I'll stop here.

## Day 7 — Follow-up 2 (ONE new finding + the "why pay" line)

**Subject:** the last finding I'll mention — <Business>

```
Hi <Name>,
One more from the same audit, then I'll leave it: <finding 3>
(source: <URL>).
Fair question — why pay for the report? Because the full list is
written for <Business> and verified: every issue ranked, one concrete
fix each, nothing generic and nothing invented. $99.99 one-time,
PDF after payment, and you only ever see it once you've paid —
that's the product, delivered whole.
If that's not useful, no problem — just reply "no thanks" and I'll stop.
## Day 10 — Follow-up 3 (short close, finding + ask)
**Subject:** leaving it here — <Business>
```
Hi <Name>,

Last note, promise. The finding that started this: <finding 1,
restated> (source: <URL>).

The full audit report for <Business> — every issue, one fix each,
PDF emailed after payment, $99.99 one-time — is ready whenever you
want it. Just reply "no thanks" if it's not a fit and I'll leave
you alone — no hard feelings.

**Every outbound references one specific observable finding from that business's audit and asks about the $99.99 report.** Check before sending: could the owner read this message and tell you which business it was for? If not, rewrite. Don't reuse a sequence for two businesses without changing the finding.
