# LocalClose — Pre-List QA Checklist

Check every box before the listing goes live. Anything unchecked = don't list yet.

## Kit files open / download

- [ ] `runbook-7-day.md` opens, Day 1–7 + hours add to ~16–19
- [ ] All 6 `roles/*.md` open (lead, hunter, builder, outreach, negotiator, payment)
- [ ] `packages/audit-report.md` opens — the one live package, $99.99 one-time, PDF after payment
- [ ] Archived packages open as clearly retired files (`_archive-*`), no live claim attached

## Pricing check (single offer, exact)

- [ ] ONE price everywhere: $99.99 one-time audit report — no other number quoted anywhere (~scan README, listing, rules, runbook, roles, templates)
- [ ] Stripe SKU name exact: `audit-report-9999`, $99.99 one-time, test mode until owner approves live
- [ ] "PDF emailed after successful payment" phrasing consistent everywhere
- [ ] No subscription, no recurring charge, no bundle math anywhere

## No invented claims

- [ ] No revenue figures anywhere (Stripe not connected — stated, not implied otherwise)
- [ ] No reviews, testimonials, licenses, or case studies invented or implied
- [ ] Findings framed as observable checks with source + date; anything unverified tagged `VERIFY` and excluded — never presented as checked
- [ ] Sample hunt framed as 2026-09-06 proof of method, not a live pipeline; no "these businesses agreed" language
- [ ] Targets worded as goals (20 conversations / 4 closes per month within 60 days), never guarantees
- [ ] No urgency language ("urgent", "final notice", "limited spots") in any template or listing copy
- [ ] Every outbound template includes an opt-out line

## Retired offers — must NOT appear in live copy

- [ ] No old package prices anywhere in the live files — the only price quoted is $99.99 (the retired/archived `_archive-*` package files are record-only and read as retired, never as current offers)
- [ ] No done-for-you website builds, AI receptionist, or bundles offered, pitched, or implied as for sale in any live file (retired wording allowed only in the archived files)

## Sample hunt contact redaction — DECISION FOR OWNER

- [ ] Owner decision recorded: phones in the sample hunt CSV are public business numbers taken from the businesses' own sites/directories (keep as-is for realism) OR redacted before listing.
- Recommendation: keep them — they are publicly listed business lines, they prove the "public contacts only" rule in action, and redacting them would gut the file's value as proof of method. If the marketplace forbids phone numbers in downloads, redact to area-code only (e.g. "(512) ___-____") and note it in the listing.
