One clean, one-page demo website for the prospect's business, built from their **real, verified facts**. It's a demo they can hold up on their own phone 48 hours after the kickoff — not a promise about a future site. If a fact can't be verified, it doesn't go on the page.

## What's included (5 deliverables)
1. **30-minute kickoff call** — pull the real facts: services, hours, service area, how customers reach them; look at the reviews they actually have.
2. **One-page demo site** — headline + 3 sections + CTA per `templates/demo-outline.md`, built mobile-first.
3. **Mobile-first build, tested** — the page loads fast on a phone; that's where the business's customers look first.
4. **One revision round** — their consolidated feedback edited in within 48 hours of one email.
5. **Handoff kit** — editable copy, publish-ready files, a go-live checklist, and the source notes behind every claim on the page.

## Timeline (48h)
- **Hour 0–6:** kickoff call + fact verification (every claim gets a source or a VERIFY tag)
